According to Article 73 of the Procurement Procedure of the Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund Joint Stock Company and legal entities, fifty or more percent of the voting shares (participation interests) of which are directly or indirectly owned by Samruk-Kazyna JSC on the right of ownership or trust management dated August 26, 2025 (Protocol No. 259) Purchases using a special procedure are carried out without using the procurement web portal.
