The Compliance Officer's activities are aimed at preventing and identifying corruption risks, preventing conflicts of interest, and fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and adherence to business ethics.

Key areas of activity:

• identification, assessment, and monitoring of corruption risks;
• conducting compliance checks of counterparties;
• prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest;
• conducting anti-corruption reviews of internal documents;
• reviewing reports of possible violations;
• consulting and training employees;
• monitoring compliance with anti-corruption requirements.

The Compliance Officer acts independently of the executive body and is accountable to the Supervisory Board of KT-TELECOM LLP.
